Dr Wadia completed her 5-year dental degree at Barts and The London. She was the highest achieving student every year and graduated with the prestigious University of London Gold Medal as well as numerous other dental awards. Following general practice and a hospital placement, she carried out a 4-year specialist training programme at King’s College London, Guy’s Hospital. She passed her specialist qualification with a distinction.
Dr Wadia lectures internationally and runs courses for both newly qualified dentists as well as hygienists. She was a clinical tutor at Barts and The London for 5 years and is now an associate specialist at King’s College Hospital.
She enjoys sharing what she learns through her dental blog and is a co-editor for the British Dental Journal, the UK’s most-read dental publication and one of the leading scientific journals in the world.
Dr Wadia endeavours to contribute to the profession through her National Board Member position at the Faculty of General Dental Practice, Local Committee role with the British Dental Association and Communications Committee role with the European Federation of Periodontology.
